FEES INCURRED BY SERVICE PROVIDER
indiasupports.in can also in certain categories require the Service provider to form payments for following abreast of job leads i.e. requests posted by Service Users, and permitting the Service provider to contact the Service User “Lead Fee” regardless of whether the work leads eventually end in a transaction or exchange of consideration for the service requested.
In order to be eligible to form such “Lead Fee” payment Service provider shall be required to form advance payments “Credits” from which the Lead Fee could also be deducted as and when necessary. Whenever the Credits fat below the prescribed threshold the Service provider shall be prompted to refill the Credits so as to continue enjoying the power to follow abreast of leads and contacting Service Users.
1. the work lead is identified to be non-genuine, or
2. the Service User within 48 hrs of posting an invitation on the web site withdraws an equivalent by way of the web site or the mobile application only, or call .
3. the Service provider pays the “Lead Fee” to reply to the Service User's request for service but the Service User doesn't open or access the Service provider's response
4. the Lead Fee shall be reimbursed to the Service provider. the choice of concerning the above shall be final and binding.
FEES INCURRED BY SERVICE USERS
Currently we don't charge Service Users for transactions completed at the web site or Mobile Application or call between Service Users and repair provider. However, indiasupports.in reserves the proper to charge a fee to Service Users within the future on a per-transaction basis or in the other manner, and reserves the rights to try to to so in its sole discretion. Changes to the present Fee Policy are effective after indiasupports.in has provided you with fifteen (15) days’ notice by posting changes on the web site . If applicable, you comply with pay all fees or charges supported indiasupports.in fees, charges & billing terms then in effect. If you are doing not pay on time or if indiasupports.in cannot charge your mastercard , any payment gateway or other payment method for any reason indiasupports.in reserves the proper to either suspend or terminate your access to the web site and Account and terminate these Terms of Use.
TAXES
You understand that we are acting solely as an intermediary for the gathering of fees between a Service User and a Service provider who prefer to enter into an Agreement for Service. Because state and native tax laws vary significantly by locality, you understand and agree that you simply are solely liable for determining your own tax reporting requirements in consultation with tax advisors, which we cannot & don't offer tax advice to either hosts or guests. Further, you understand that indiasupports.in shall not be responsible or liable in any manner in reference to liabilities of a Service User or a Service provider.
REFUND POLICY
All commissions payable to indiasupports.in by Service provider on consummated transactions, i.e. exchange of services for consideration are final and non-refundable. All money paid by Service provider in sort of “Credits” are non-interest bearing and shall be refunded to the Service provider if they continue to be in-utilized for a period greater than 60 days only, such amounts shall not be refunded before that.
You again agree and acknowledge that indiasupports.in is merely an aggregator of service providers. Though we take utmost care in collecting information and background check of service providers still we may have omitted any information unknowingly and/or subscribers haven't have shared the right and every one information with website. Hence if any dispute/injury/illness/damage arises, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, investors, subsidiaries, and employees) from any and every one claims, demands, or damages (actual or consequential) of each kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. We agree and acknowledge that we'll use our greatest endeavor to unravel your grievance using our grievance resolution process and forward your refund request to the concerned service provider.
